These terms apply to design services provided by Guava Drama. By approving a quote you agree to them.
1. Quotes and bookings
Submitting the package builder or contact form is a request, not a booking. We confirm the scope, price and timeline in a written quote. Your project is booked once you approve the quote and payment is received.
2. Prices
Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Design fees are separate from third-party and supplier costs such as printing, hardware, installation, domains, hosting and email subscriptions, which are quoted or billed separately. “From” prices are confirmed in your quote. Any applicable tax is shown on your quote or invoice.
3. Timelines
Delivery time starts once payment, a complete brief and all required content (text, photos, existing logo files) have been received. Standard 72-hour delivery applies to eligible packages only. Express 24-hour delivery is subject to availability and confirmed before payment. Waiting on feedback or content, extra revision rounds and changes in scope extend the timeline. How weekends and public holidays are counted is stated in your quote.
4. Revisions
Each service includes the revision rounds stated for it. A revision round is one consolidated set of changes. Additional rounds or new requests outside the agreed scope are quoted before we continue.
5. Your content
You confirm that you have the right to use any text, images, logos and other material you send us, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
6. Ownership and files
When the project is paid in full, you receive the final approved files in the formats listed for each service and the right to use them for your business. Concepts that were not selected, working files not listed as deliverables, and fonts or stock assets licensed from third parties remain subject to their own owners’ terms. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
7. Use of AI tools
We may use AI-assisted tools to explore ideas and speed up production. All creative decisions and final artwork are reviewed and refined by a designer.
8. Approvals and printing
Please check approved artwork carefully. We are not responsible for errors in text or details that you approved, or for the quality, delays or costs of third-party printers and suppliers.

10. Liability
Our total liability for any project is limited to the design fees you paid for that project.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
