Guava Drama (“we”, “us”) designs brand identities, websites and business materials. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and how we look after it. We aim to follow the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
What we collect
- Information you give us in the package builder or contact form: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, business details, creative preferences, messages and any files you upload.
- Basic technical information needed to run and secure the website, such as your IP address (used for spam protection) and the pages you visit.
- Information saved in your own browser: the package builder keeps your unfinished answers on your device so you don’t lose progress. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser data.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare your quote.
- To deliver the services you book, including sending files and invoices.
- To protect the website from spam and misuse.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising without your consent.
Your files
Files you upload (logos, photos, references) are stored privately. They are not published on the website and are only accessible to the Guava Drama team for working on your project.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host and email provider, and, with your agreement, printers or suppliers working on your project. We may also share information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that don’t become projects are deleted within 12 months. Project records are kept for as long as needed for the project, accounting and legal purposes.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us on WhatsApp at +971 58 587 6416 or through our contact form.
