72 hours
For clearly defined eligible packages, such as Starter Launch. Counted in working days, so weekends and UAE public holidays are not included.
Express
24 hours
+50% of the design fee (minimum AED 150), for Starter Launch and fixed-price single items only. Runs through weekends. Subject to availability and confirmed before you pay.
When does the clock start? Once payment, a complete brief and all required content (text, photos, existing logo files) have been received. Standard 72-hour delivery counts working days only, so weekends and UAE public holidays are not included. Express 24-hour delivery runs through weekends. For both, the clock pauses while you review each round and while we wait for your feedback or content, and extra revision rounds add time. Printing, physical production and complex projects have their own timelines.
What do I need to get started?
Your business name, a short description of what you do and who it is for, and anything that already exists: logo, text, photos or brand guidelines. The package builder walks you through it.
Is submitting the package builder a booking?
No. It sends a quote request. Your project is booked once we confirm the scope, price and timeline, and payment has been received. Payment is 100% upfront for all packages and services, except Full Launch: 50% deposit to start, with the balance due before go-live.
How many revisions are included?
Each service lists its included revision rounds. A revision round is one combined set of feedback, sent together in one message. Extra rounds are AED 150 each and are confirmed before work continues.
Which files will I receive?
Print-ready PDFs, PNG/JPG/SVG for digital use, and editable files where agreed (for example PowerPoint or Adobe formats). File types are listed for each service before you order.
Who owns the final designs?
Ownership and usage terms are set out in your quote and our service terms. Final files are handed over once the project is paid in full.
Is printing included?
Design fees cover the artwork. Printing, hardware, installation and supplier charges are quoted separately, and we can coordinate production for you.
Do you use AI?
Yes, as a tool: to explore options faster and handle repetitive production tasks. Concept, typography, colour and final decisions are made by a designer.
Can you write the text as well?
Yes. Supply your own text, ask us to refine a draft, or order copywriting from a brief in English, Arabic or both. Writing is priced separately from design. For Full Launch, you supply the text unless writing is added to your order.
