Before work starts
If you cancel after payment but before we start work, we refund your payment in full, minus any non-refundable third-party costs already paid on your behalf (for example domain registration).
After work starts
If you cancel once design work has started, we keep a fee for the work completed so far and refund the balance:
- Before the first concepts are delivered: 50% of the design fee is refundable.
- After the first concepts are delivered: the design fee is non-refundable.
Express delivery
Express supplements are non-refundable once work has started.
Third-party and supplier costs
Printing, hardware, domains, hosting, subscriptions and other supplier costs follow the supplier’s own cancellation terms.
Paused projects
If we don’t hear from you for 30 days while waiting on feedback or content, we may close the project. Re-opening it may require a new timeline.
